Trampoline always provides a combination of health and fitness benefits that no other exercise can provide.

Jumping on a trampoline is a metabolic supporting exercise and therefore it’s very key when it comes to weight loss.

If you bounce at moderate pace, you can still breathe comfortably.

It gets you moving without stressing your metabolism.

For more effective weight loss, bounce 15-20 minutes moderate intensity at one period at minimum of 3 times per week.
